What do your summer turnover cleaning services include?

A typical turnover cleaning on Saturday’s can include dusting and vacuuming floors, mopping floors, wiping down surfaces in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen, emptying trash cans, scrubbing sinks and toilets, wiping both outside and inside of refrigerator/microwave and cleaning out difficult to reach areas like under beds.  In addition, sliding doors leading to the outside porch will be wiped down.  Porch tables wiped down.

Yes, all products/materials for cleaning are included.

No, owners are responsible for providing these supplies.

A typical Saturday turnover window of time is 10-2:00 so all properties will be cleaned within that time frame.  However, we can’t provide a specific time or order in which your property will be cleaned.

Do you wash linens or make beds?

No, we don’t provide linens.  We will straighten out comforters and pillows to make everything presentable but time does not allow for bed making with fresh linens.  Renters are responsible for removal of linens.
